Position Dimensions: (Scope & Specific Responsibilities)

1. Hand on working with the manufacturing team
2. Oversee daily work of employees, creates and manages employee schedule
3. Provides employee training
4. Disciplinary matters related to shop floor
5. Reviews work completed to ensure it is up to quality standards and delivered within budget
6. Enforces all health and safety policies in the shop including ensuring the shop area is clean and organized
7. Possesses solid analytical and problem solving abilities to assist engineers and project managers to address
and resolve design and customer issues.
8. Performs all the testing which includes ensuring all components are assembled as per general arrangement drawing ensure they are mounted correctly and to industry standards.

Technical:
B tech-Mechanical / instrumentation (preferred)
Salary: 3.5 to 4.5 Lac P/A

Education/Experience (Minimum Required):
Graduate with 3 years industrial experience of home appliance industry (SAP working environment)
