Job Responsibilities:
· Experience in manufacturing with exposure to home appliance Industry/referable.
· Hands on experience in production planning, execution of Production, quality of product and timely delivery.
· Experience in manufacturing module of SAP in must
· Knowledge of Plastic processing, Sheet metal work, Tooling and product assembly required. Must have experience in Contracts, Labour law, factory act and other statutory regulations.
· Handling of external agencies, contract labour, dispute management and operations of the facility.
· Should have worked in projects like “Productivity Improvement, Reduction in cost of Production and Improving Process Quality "

Foresee issue and advance planning.
Analytical and sharp business acumen with a knack to be hands-on / minds-on along with an ability to prepare reports, statements & projections.
Working knowledge of short- term & long- term projects in shop floor.
Professional written & verbal communication & interpersonal skills.
The position requires a youthful and energetic change Agent who delivery and quality focused.
Ability to relate to different businesses & their needs.
Ability to secure widespread production standards, practices, controls & initiatives.
Exposure to Consumer Goods Manufacturing industry and strong business acumen.
Technical skills:
Knowledge in Production, SAP Manufacturing modules and Documentation.

Education
B tech (Mech) with 10-13 years’ experience.
