Job Responsibility:
1.Responsible for Documents and data control as per ISO 9001, EMS & OHSAS
2.Responsible for Set up Approval/ First part Approval,
3.Responsible for Periodic Product/ Process Audit
4.Responsible for preparation/ review of in-process inspection standard
5.Responsible for analysis of in-house rejection and corrective action on a daily basis.
6.Responsible for red bin and Quality Meeting
7.Responsible for adherence of SOP at shop floor
8.Responsible for FG clearance in SAP
9.Responsible for In-house Testing/ Layout inspection.
10.Responsible for quality improvement through Kaizens/ Poka Yoke
11.Responsible for Training of inspectors/ Operators
12.Responsible for TPM activities related to QM Pillar
13.Responsible for implementation of countermeasures against internal & External customer complaints
Skills & Attributes:
1.Knowledge about 7 QC Tools, APQP, SPC, MSA, FMEA, Problem Solving
2.Knowledge about SAP- Experience in QM Module Transactions
3.Knowledge about TPM
4.Experience in Sheet metal/ Deep Draw process,

Desired Qualification is BE/B.Tech. Mechanical
Desired Exp.03 -05
Salary Bracket -03 - 4.5 LPA
aspirant from Sheet metal manufacturing industry will be preferred,
